New Nail House

I have known Michelle and have been getting my nails done by her for over ten years. She always does an amazing job and knows how I like my nails without asking. Jenny and the rest of the girls are great too!

They gave the best pedicure I've ever had! The customer service was amazing and I left with nails that were even prettier than I imagined. I love my nails!!

I had a really great experience and this was my first time! I came in with an overdue powder fill, and Mai helped and gave my natural nails some life. I'm definitely gonna come back here again!

Worst place I've ever gotten my nails done. Not clean. The woman pulled out the cuticle cutter from this dirty box and it was all rusted. The tables were filthy from other customers filing. She over-charged me and refused to give it back claiming things I didn't even ask for. Very RUDE very UNPROFESSIONAL. and my nails came out terrible after an hour and half!

May did such a good job on my pedicure. I was traumatized from other salons and previous experiences with people cutting my toe nails. I would literally cringe. She saw me cringing and talked me through it, reassuring me that she would not cut me. She took her time with massaging my leg and asked if the pressure needed to be harder. She used hot stones after her massage which felt amazing. I was able to tell her what I wanted and she listened and did a great job! Thank you May.

I caught a nail fungus from them. First time in my life. My toe nail actually fell off! It was horrific. Also, very unwelcoming. I felt discriminated and I'm not about pulling that card.

This place is okay. I originally had acrylics on and wanted to take them off so I can get a new full set. When the worker was taking off my nails she only used a cuticle nipper and a metrocard to take it off which hurt( and my fingers are still hurt !! I thought they would use acetone and soak it on my nail but nope also when they use the buffer thingy there's cuts on my cuticle. And when I got home I noticed one pinky finger is shorter than the rest of the nails which makes me upset and this whole costed $52

Iv been to better nails salons... The way she did my pedicure was really sloppy I didn't like that at all I aspected at least actually doing all the basic things you would get at any nail salon and she didn't so I'm not that impressed... They were so chatty... Omg was that ignoring...ask for flower design they put like a few dot on my toes and a line ughhh I was not impressed lol

thought this place might be cheaper than my reg nail salon I go to (bc they started charging 60$ for gel tips off the rip no design) so I walked to this place a block away when I walked in I saw the price for gel tips was 41$ which she ended up charging 60$ bc I wanted French design (20$ extra for a simple design is insane) also charged me extra 6$ cus I wanted to pay with card she then basically forced me to give her a tip bc she insisted if I didn't have cash tip to put tip on my card like WHAT?!? I didn't even want to tip them after the shitty service I got & when I got my gel pedicure it was the worst pedicure Ever usually all the nail salons I've been to put this liquid in a bag for the bottom of ur feet to revive them & scrub away your dead skin .. this place did the most minimal thing possible she just wet my feet cut my nails and painted them and I have a bunch of nail polish on my finger tips & toes they do a sloppy job for the same price I paid at the other nail salon (which does a WAY better job) .

New owner ..stopped going here. Went in for a pedicure and regretted it. They charge for every little thing, even the certain polish you select can cost you $2 more cause it's a "new color" I've never seen that before. Still Elena is amazing at pedicures, wish she would leave this place and go work somewhere else.
