I bought a pre-prepared bouquet of flowers on Saturday 18/11/23 that had a clear price of €25 on them. Later on that evening i checked my bank account to find that i had been charged €35. it was the owner who charged me. she took the stick where the price was clearly advertised off before taking the flowers behind the counter and threw the price label in a box on the way. Absolutely unacceptable, deceptive and a very shady business dealings.

Terrible florist. Went there to get Mother's Day flowers - the owners were extremely rude and confrontational. Demanded money- worst customer service.

Had a horrible experience in this florist this morning. Went in with my elderly mother and 2 young children to get an anniversary flower pot. There were 2 ladies in there. One was on the phone and the other was tending to flowers. The lady on the phone asked could she help and we explained we wanted something small for a grave so she asked the other lady to help, which was fine. We brought her outside to ask about a particular pot but the lady couldn't answer any questions and told us herself she had no English!! So we waited and browsed around outside while the other lady was on the phone. She saw us outside browsing and came out, still on the phone and reluctantly asked us what we wanted and I told her that i had a few questions and that the other lady told us she had no English and couldn't help us. So she reluctantly and hurriedly answered the question and we decided to purchase the pot. We went inside with it to pay and we were rudely told she would not serve us and that to go elsewhere!!!!! We were absolutely dumbfounded. She said she would not tolerate "abuse" in her shop!!!! We couldn't believe our ears. She said she was on a critical phone call while we waited, but we were browsing while we waited and there was no issue there. For a regular customer to be treated like that in front of an elderly woman and young kids was disgusting. She sent a lady with zero English by her own admission to help a customer and then shouted at the same customers when they waited for assistance, and then practically threw us out when we went to purchase.
NEVER again will I darken her door.

Service was disgraceful. The larger woman working there did not make the bouquet to my taste which was okay because we could have just tweaked it but when I said this to her she started screaming and shouting at me, I just walked straight out. There were other people in the shop as well. I have never been treated so appallingly by someone. She acted like a wild animal, absolutely disgusting.
