I live in California and travel to NYC a few times a year. Love Vezzos in midtown - it's a place I frequently return to.

I usually order the shroom town pizza with truffle. It's thin crust.

Service is usually pretty good.

Lighting is usually pretty dark resulting in a more romantic and intimate environment

- salad is huge
- garlic bread is delicious
kind of salty tho
- shrimp was delectable
the linguine needed more sauce tho
- lunch service isn't the fastest

Very elevated pizza place.

Right off the bat, the garlic bread with cheese was not your average garlic bread. The bread was very special - crispy on the edges and a nice chew on the inside. The garlic butter was delicious. The cheese was ooey gooey but only a thin layer, so it was not too overpowering. The marinara sauce provided a nice tangy balance. Adding pepper flakes added another dimension to the garlic bread.

For the main pizza pie, we ordered half-and-half. One half was Shroomtown, which is a mushroom-lover's dream, so much earthiness and umami and meaty texture.

The other half was my favourite and quite surprising. The pizza contained an Italian sausage, which was meaty and delicious. The star ingredient was the sweet onion, which gave bursts of sweetness, a truly special hit of sweet and savoury. Combine this with the creaminess and fattiness of avocado and the kick from pepper flakes, this pizza is on the next level of flavour.

Amazing food - the pizza will blow your mind and the staff is amazing. The delivery is not quick.

Had sautéed spinach cause I love eating greens at every meal. Ordered the small personal pizza with meatballs and broccoli. The pizza was delicious but the meatballs were not sliced meatballs. Little round meatballs that were not the best. Service was excellent and I was able to eat outside on a beautiful day! I'll come back again!

Terrific pizza here. I had the chance to order from the lunch special menu, but for three people, it made more sense to get a large house pie and share a salad.

We got the Meat Lover's large size $37.50 and the house salad $12. The portion size was perfect for three people. We cleared everything. It was great to eat a thin-slice pizza in New York. I got an Arnold Palmer, and the server offered not to put too much sugar. It was def more on the sour side, but it was good nonetheless.

Service was superb.

I'm staying near this restaurant for work and it was recommended by one of my colleagues. I got my food delivered and ended up ordering the classic personal pizza with pepperoni and the kale manchego salad. The delivery ended up coming early, which was great. And this food was very good! I'm not a huge fan of thin crust pizza, but this was so flavorful that the crust didn't even matter. But what I really enjoyed was the salad and I usually hate salads. The blend of all the flavors were so good but the star of the show was the salad dressing! I would definitely order that again.

The house salad is a staple. Must have!!!
Mesclun greens, olives, red onions, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and house dressing. Amazing!!! I can eat plates of it.

Shrimp linguine. Just enough portion, butter lemon garlic white wine. Gone in minutes.
