Apple Amsterdam is located on the corner of the stunning Hirsch & Cie Building, right in the heart of the city, on Leidseplein.

It's a two-storey building, with a stunning glass staircase right in the middle of the store and a balcony overlooking the lower floor from the upper one.

It showcases the full range of Apple products you'd expect to find in any Apple store worldwide from Macbooks to iPhones, from AirPods to Apple Watch, there is also a "Today At Apple" section and seating areas for those looking to sit back and relax using the fast WiFi, or even if you're hoping to grab your phone while wandering around the city.

The staff seem friendly enough, you're pretty much able to walk around the store and browse leisurely without being disturbed, which makes the atmosphere much less pressured and more relaxed for me, especially if I'm just coming in to use the WiFi, enjoy the vibes or charge my phone.

They can get very busy though, so expect crowds, perhaps more so than other Apple Stores, as this is the only Apple Store in Amsterdam and one of the only three stores in The Netherlands, it must be expected especially at peak times such as in the run-up to Christmas and the release of the latest devices.

4* Apple Amsterdam is a good store overall, it's well worth a visit to meet your tech needs or if you're just an Apple fan in Amsterdam.

Great store. Beyond just a simple Apple store. It's a landmark and in the most beautiful spot or Amsterdam. Super open and well laid out. Nice views everywhere.

Tram stop out front. Bike parking underneath the plein. Free.

Staff is friendly, intelligent, relaxed and there to help us, not over sell or upsell.

I haven't been in this store in two years since before COVID but in an hour I caught up with all the latest technologies. I'm so excited about Apple again and can't wait to return here to buy more.

I love the place and especially for me i love apple. The people that work here can speak english and mostly dutch. Apple has no area to pay your stuff but you can just ask to someone to pay on the back of their phones.

I don't know why but from their start, yes, I have been and am an Apple fan.

I like the customer friendliness, the fact that you can call for help ad nauseam, that they are becoming greener, and the interface and seamless cross device i tegration and updates of, well, anything.

This mega store in downtown Amsterdam has a dynamite location, next to the Hotel Americain (luxuruous) and the Stadschouwburg (concert hall for weekly classical music, every Sunday morning). There is a parking garage nearby, but at Amsterdam rates, something like €8 ($10) an hour, we always take the train in. I don't know if they comp that, but we weren't asked so I would think not.

Staff are great, beautiful presentation, and my issues are always fixed.

The bathrooms were clean and locked. What more do you want as a consumer?

Well, having said that, I do wish Pages had more of the Word dox features and handiness in posting screen shots (you have to return through the space to create it).

Had a blast at my first Yelp Elite Amsterdam event. Even though the event was mainly in Dutch, I learned some new things about making videos with iPhone and iMovie. Can't wait to start attending some festivals as an official yelp reporter. Special shootout to Conor W for translating parts of the event for me!

I love the Apple stores! I love that the staff excist of absolute Mac nerds with a great sense for service.

Only problem is that they hardly have time to help you with a problem on the spot, so to make sure you will not get disapointed, make a reservation!

The Amsterdam Apple Store. Probably the biggest one in The Netherlands? Compared to ours in Haarlem its huge.

I noticed that my colleague was allowed to hold the Apple handheld from the Apple-boy to insert his own email address. In Haarlem they would never allow that. Upon asking the answer was very logical: in Amsterdam there are so many nationalities purchasing goods and how do you write down an email address of somebody who tells you that in Russian English. Got it :)

This store is immense. The display of Apple goodies btw is - like in every store - modestly simple, though numerous. I keep seeing the poor third world hands that manufacture all that. Can't help it. And I'm an apple fan. I am.

- The biggest Genius Bar in any Apple store in the world.
- One of the biggest Apple stores.
- The only Apple store in the Netherlands.
- Huge and beautiful architecture with respect to the old existing architecture, both inside and out.
- Lots, and I mean LOTS, of Geniuses (Apple service and sales employees) walking around for your service and convenience.
- Cash registers? Any blue-shirted Genius you can find IS a cash register. Just tell them what you want to buy.
- Amazing products in all aspects: Quality, build quality, user interface and software (power, efficiency and easy of use)
- Unmatched service!
- And despite many ignorant utterances, relatively cheap products in the long run because of the durability, longevity and service (and they're virtually malware-free)
