Beautiful new location (from what I could see from my car!) They nailed the no contact service thing when I brought in my pupper last weekend. The whole thing took a little over an hour and I was so pleased (as per always!) I spoke to the doctor over the phone and she was just wonderful. Also, the vet tech that came out to get my dog from the car was so sweet.

I really love this animal hospital. They have amazing service and amazing prices. They always make me feel so at ease.

My dog has been a patient of Dr. Jones for the past year.
I have had 3 vets since my dog was born. This is the first practice that I feel that I am not walking onto a used car lot being pushed and hard sold services. From the front desk, to the vet techs, to my vet and the other doctors in the practice I have been very happy. They are thorough, communicate clearly, they answer questions when asked. The one small error they made, they were right up front with me on and immediately made things right and didn't make excuses. I am really happy I found this practice through the referral of a friend.

Excellent service, very professional and love animals. Great prices. Very affordable. Recommend to make appointment even in a case of emergency.

I used to bring my cat here back when I lived in the area and back when they were at the old location. I had to transfer my cat's records to another animal hospital because I didn't like the service and attitude I got here.

The front desk and assistants were usually nice. It's the vets I didn't like. After repeatedly bringing my cat here for the same issue, I got attitude from Dr. Jones because I guess he didn't like that I was still suspicious and concerned about my cat's itching when he had already told me there was nothing wrong. Well, even if he thought so, he should've been more reassuring rather than give me attitude. He even made fun of my cat's weight and how she had to lose weight. She was 12-13 lbs. at the time. Was laughing at her weight necessary?

I'm only giving this place 2 stars because they are conveniently located within walking distance of many apartments and houses and the front desk and assistants are at least nice.

Staff were extremely kind and helpful. They provided service above and beyond what I would expect. We consulted with staff after hours and they made every effort to help us and our cat. I've seen a few vet offices over the years but I've never known one to be so kind and thoughtful.

I didn't get a chance to even have an appointment. I was referred here from a dog walker and decided to give it a shot (even after reading the reviews). I called and had to leave a message. I received a call back about 5 hours later. The female (didn't get a name) called and said new clients appointments are running about 3 weeks out. I explained I have a family emergency and wanted to get the shots for the dogs to board as I would need to fly home; otherwise 3 weeks would not be an issue. I was asked if I had specific dates. I responded that I did not because this family member will have to have inpatient treatments (actually two family members) as prescribed. The staff member said that, "You do NOT have to have an attitude with me I was just asking a question." Was this necessary or professional? I had ZERO attitude that I was responding to her question. I might sound a bit worn out and tired since I'm doing coast to coast commuting due to this family emergency.

After that interaction... I can just take my business to someone who is friendly.

Vets & Techs are good, I don't know what happend to reception.. We have been taking are 2 dogs for 11 years. They messed up or dates for appt this time, we showed up to wait 1hr to have both dogs checked. The following week we show up for our New 3rd dog and which had a appt for the wrong day. We were waiting outside talking with them and the Reception hung up on use and sent our vet records to use within 10 min..

Great way to treat long term clients, I would hope that the Dr Jones's would ensure there employees could not just got rid of clients like throwing out as a empty soda bottle.

I've had mixed experiences here. Dr. London is superb and I've had other good encounters. But ... one time I kept insisting there was something wrong with my cat and was treated like I was crazy. Finally, I got an intro "vet tech" textbook from the library and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes by looking up the symptoms in the index. They were literally "textbook" and I was right. That was disappointing.

Also, during the pandemic, my (VERY old) cat developed an issue that was not an emergency, but seemed like it did need to be addressed within the next few weeks. I was flatly told there were no appointments for months, and to take him to the emergency room for his non-emergency if I wanted any care at all. I called two other vets, who said they couldn't take new patients, but that if an existing patient had those symptoms they would absolutely find a way to see him. I called AAH back and persisted, and did get an appointment, but only after talking to a vet who was very rude.

Long story short, some good, some bad. I had to have Old Cat put to sleep some months ago; I have established care elsewhere with the kitties I've adopted since.

Brought my pup here after I got a recommendation from one of my best friends and even better, they are walking distance from my house. After reading all the Yelp reviews, I opted to book an appointment with Dr. Jones. Just an FYI, there is no set parking so you should park in the neighborhood if you need to drive.

We got there a little early and did not have to wait long at all (albeit it was a morning appointment during the week). The front desk staff was very friendly, even when my little guy decided to mark his territory *sigh*. I was embarrassed but they made me feel better about it immediately.

Dr. Jones was great with him and seemed very attentive. My previous vet was nice, however Dr. Jones spent at least double the amount of time with us (on a healthy visit!) and did not make us feel rushed at all. He gave my pup the required shots and was patient when my guy struggled quite a bit.

We will absolutely be returning customers! Highly recommend Dr. Jones and Arlington Animal Hospital!

This practice has really changed since they moved to the new location! I would no longer recommend them to anyone!! Moving all 3 of my dogs to a new vet. The reception can not manage scheduling multiple dogs without making mistakes. Last week they had the wrong dog appointments and had me wait an hour to have 2 dogs seen. There is also no longer any personal experience. I don't believe it's due to Covid they just have gotten large and impersonal.
And for the following week to bring my third dog they told me one time over the phone but I got there called and they had it on a different day. So it's a huge inconvenience to leave work early get home, pick up a dog and head there for them to consistently make mistakes. It's not as though I just show up for a non existent appointment. The receptionist was rude and was like well would you like me to send you your dogs records and hung up on me!
I've been going here for 11 years and spent thousands of dollars. Completely rude staff!!
