I ordered a bedroom set and dining room set. The delivery guys were right on time. They put everything together for me and set it up. Impeccable service. Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient service!!

I purchased a daybed in 2022 from Farmingdale, NY along with a protection plan...what a waste of money. I filed a claim because the bed frame broke...Now I'm told the protection plan I purchased does not cover the frame...only stains. WTH would I pay for a protection plan for stains. I will never purchase another item from Bob's again...

Garbage ,garbage garbage purchase a red loveseat with ottoman, it was sold as leather but it was faux , it began to peel with a year on just sitting in my spare room.

Can you believe how the staff just sits on phones, i had to deal with the managers and WOW JUST WOW. A woman came over spoke unprofessional and dress was very inappropriate, dress so short could see her gray under garment.

They definitely need to step up the game esp for 250 delivery fee.
Managers are useless and claim nothing they can do. Well then why are you there. Just call customer service. Cause you can't call the store anyway.... That's a whole other issue . Why do i want to speak to anywhere in the world .

This is really the worst experience I have had.
I purchased furniture from the store and need to make a return and refund due to the bad quality. I've been coming into the store with the salesperson and calling customers' representatives. But nothing was really fixed; despite the fact that they told me on that day that everything was fixed, I called the customer service rep about 5 to 6 times and spent nearly 4 to 5 hours with them just to make the right return and refund. There is a serious disconnect problem with their sales department and customer service department. And the salesperson can only assist you with the sale; nothing else happens after that. The most important aspect is that the overall quality is significantly below average, and the furniture appears to be outdated. I would not recommend this store to anyone, either for the merchandise quality or the after-sales service. I have been to this store twice, purchased our couch from here which I love! However, they didn't have the mattresses for my girls available, they were due 2 weeks out, I went home with only mattress protectors in hand; and patiently waited. We need them asap since we were in the process of moving. Then...Mattress Firm had the mattress's in stock and delivered the next day! I followed with trying to return their mattress covers back to Bobs Furniture and the managers response was; "There is a 3 day policy for returns". Meanwhile they couldn't even provide me with mattresses to try out in those 3 days. As ridiculous as this sounds she then proceeded with telling me "you already have beds and could still use the covers". It was not a very pleasant experience. Thank you for not helping me out for the second time around.

We purchased a bedroom set and a china buffet. They draws keep rolling open on the dresser and the China buffet is now misaligned. I bought the goof- proof warranty and submitted all the paperwork and pictures. I was notified they will not cover any of it because it's not covered under the warranty. Hinges and draw rollers not covered? Really if I was not reassured at the purchasing point I would have never bought the items. They sell inferior furniture and was the first and last purchase I'll ever make from Bobs.

I give them a negative zero.they lie,they have nothing in stock,refuse to give you money back in a timely manner, and customer service is horrible

I want to start by saying that our sales rep at the store was beyond amazing and this review is in no way a reflection of him, he really tried everything he could to make the delivery happen. The delivery team(s) contracted by Bobs on the other hand, are a totally different story.
I purchased a sectional, table, and curio to go in our basement. We have a standard 32 inch door leading to the stairs going down, at the bottom of the stairs, is a wall 3 ft from the stairs. This can make furniture delivery difficult, but not impossible. After meticulously measuring all pieces of furniture, I knew they would fit, furthermore larger items have been delivered by Macys, and their team had no problems delivering (this is where you get what you pay for).
I had two separate delivery attempts by bobs; the first team refused to even attempt to deliver the curio. They tried to deliver the wedge to the sectional (wrapped in a ton of heavy plastic, with the decorative pillows shoved inside the plastic wrapping) and of course the second there was some resistance in getting it through our standard 32inch doorway, stated they couldn't deliver it. I refused the entire order, since who wants a partial sectional and dining set?
After the failed delivery the store called me, asked if I wanted to try having the items delivered again with a more experienced team, I agreed. Another week and a half later a second delivery team arrives. I show them where the furniture will go, they advise it most likely will not fit. The team attempts to deliver the wedge, already having difficulty getting the item through our standard 36 inch front door, they very snarky say to themselves they "have to make it look like they're trying in-front of the customer". They then get to the basement entrance and state it won't fit (although there is ample room with the give in the cushions). I ask if we can take the plastic off, they refuse, they take the piece back outside surprisingly easily after they had 'trouble' getting through the front door to come in. I ask them if they could just leave the table and the curio on the first floor, they refuse. They have me call their customer service number with them, the entire time being very rude and even at one point physically yelling at me/customer service when customer service advised them to attempt to deliver the curio out of the box. They finally agreed to attempt to the deliver the curio, lay down their moving blankets, however after about 5-10 minutes of them being outside one of them comes back in, removes the blankets, advises they are going to call their boss and then leaves. Before they leave, I ask once more to please just leave the curio and table, they refuse.
I have never have such a terrible delivery experiences from any furniture store as I have with Bobs. I have to assume it was for the best, I cancelled my entire order and will be looking elsewhere. During this experience I found out that all of their delivery people are scared to cause damage to the items/home, since it comes out of their paycheck (per the delivery people). Bobs needs to reevaluate how they treat their delivery employees since this directly impacts the customers delivery experience. How is anyone supposed to have furniture delivered when the delivery drivers are terrified to deliver furniture? Reading other reviews though, seems we dodged a bullet.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
