Really appreciate Brian's work. He is highly knowledgeable and very well informed. He works miracle on my poor neck. I have taken my whole family to him. He is very accommodating and patient as well. I will be seeing him soon again for my alignment. 5 starts for him.

I was in D.C. a couple of weeks ago for a conference, and unfortunately I slept funny and pinched a nerve to the point my left hand became numb. It was so uncomfortable, I couldn't focus on work. I found Dr. Meehan through Yelp since he was close to my hotel. It was the best use of Yelp I have ever had. He fit me into his schedule within a couple of hours - despite having a full booking of patients. I got instant relief from the very thorough work he did. Here's the kicker - I was going to continue my travels the next week and I wasn't going home to see my regular chiropractor first for any follow-ups. So, Dr. Meehan, opened up his office on a day he would normally have been closed so I could get a second adjustment before the next leg of my trip. WOW! That was amazing. He was so focused on my health, that he changed his own schedule to help me get the proper treatment so I could get by until I got back home. Thank you, Dr. Meehan! I would recommend anyone local to you become a regular client. And if anyone who is traveling in D.C. and needs help - Dr. Meehan takes the right amount of time to make sure you can get the right treatment for the problem.

Came to D.C. For a meeting on the Capitol and three my back out unloading the car. Dr Meehan opened his for to me and did a review of his practice and my issues. After a check over found several issues. Kind and thorough he fixed each issue and took time to make sure I was all set. Really thought before he saw me I wouldn't make my meeting with the Senators. Glad to say everything worked out, Dt Meehan even offered further assistance if I had and other issues while in DC. He's a true old school physician highly recommend him

Amazing experience! I'm from California and am on vacation for a week in DC. I get regular adjustments in CA but developed an awful migraine on the airplane on the trip over. Based on the yelp reviews I thought I'd try to get an adjustment with Dr Meehan to improve the migraines. He was soooo thorough and without telling him what my regular chiropractor does, he found all my subluxations and spent over 30 min correcting each one of them. I am so impressed with his skill and knowledge that I'll be going back again in a few days just to keep the migraines at bay!

I have received a decently long course of treatment from Dr. Meehan after a friend suggested that I see a chiropractor for the chronic (and worsening) pain in my right shoulder that was limiting my mobility and quality of life in general.

Dr. Meehan treats a good number of professional dancers in the DC area, so he definitely knows how to handle active/athletic body types like a sports medicine professional would (although I'm far from an athletic body type).

Needless to say, within minutes on my very first visit (initial consult was just over $100), Dr. Meehan was able to discern the source of the problem (pelvic/hip misalignment!)
He's great at showing/explaining the source of the issue and how it's reflected in your body in layman's terms and is never condescending.

He also has a great "bedside" manner and gives solid (but gentle) advice about the potential long term work that can be needed when treating a chronic condition with chiropractic care. It ain't always easy or comfortable, but it's usually worth it. It has greatly improved my debilitating issue and my understanding of how my body works.

Dr. Meehan is supremely easygoing and a friendly guy. He knows how to put a patient at ease, which can't be easy when having to perform adjustments on tense (and often in-pain) patients.

His hours are convenient (I had no trouble making appointments during the week after 5 or 6 PM) and reasonably priced. My follow up visits were $55.00 each. He does not bill insurance, but if your healthcare plan covers chiro, you can always submit it for reimbursement.

His office is in a reasonably safe residential part of Cleveland Park, just off of Connecticut Avenue and is conveniently located less than 2 blocks from the Cleveland Park metro.

I have seen Dr. Meehan for many years, initially because of severe back pain, which he solved very quickly. Since then, I visit sporadically for a "tuneup," when needed. I have referred several patients to Dr. Meehan, and all agree that he has "magic hands" and knows how to solve mis-alignment issues, by applying just the correct amount of pressure to the right place. He is also a wonderful man. Highly recommended.
