Ha-Long by Café Saigón

I wish I saw the reviews for the old location. Unfortunately, I was swayed by the only review that was on here... The menu has many things that implied that it had the Vietnamese food flavors, but just because it has the same ingredients doesn't means that's make the dish right. Service was really good! Food was neither bad, nor good...

My sincere advice is not get the pho here. Dim sum de pollo was really good. It's like a traditional Vietnamese dish turned into a dim sum. Very flavorful!! And so was the pollo dulce picante con albahaca (sweet & spicy chicken basil).

Also, note that this seems to be a fusion of Asian foods (Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese).
