Gasthaus Automat Welt

Sometimes something incredible appears on your path and you are blown away. However, no one is talking about it... This is Gasthaus Automat Welt.

Regarding food, the menu is short and offers classics (such as schnitzel) that you would find at most Viennese Gasthaus. This place took their small menu and perfected the meals. You will not be disappointed. I am still curious if this place will eventually change or expand their menu, because the kitchen seems very capable of hitting the sweet spot till now.

Lets get to the drinks... They have a full bar (wine, beer, spirits, etc) but what is incredible is the extensive types of beers they have to offer. IPAs, German, Austrian, dark, lager, etc.. They've got the jackpot and they are not even boasting about it. Place is definitely worth it just for drinks.

The atmosphere inside is not similar to anything, but exactly Automat Welt. They have their own vibe and you'll know what I mean when you go there. This is great place for groups or for a few friends getting together. Even a great place for a dinner and drinks for two. The staff was very friendly and seemed very interested on keeping the place alive.

This place needs to be tried out whether you are from the area or not. It might be good to make a reservation if you are 3 or more, as we were told it could be packed on weekends.

Superb experience. Friendly staff and the best (pork) Wiener Schnitzel i've ever eaten. They only serve craft beer wich i really dislike but it's not enough to warrant withholding a star.
