Henry helped my husband and I with our condo purchase in downtown Edmonton. It was complex deal but he was able to get it done and the whole process seemed to move along seamlessly. He was diligent with communication and was very easy to reach. He made sure we were updated along with every step of the process and was fluent with answering any questions we had. Prior to calling Henry, we had talked to our own bank and that wasn't going anywhere and was frustrating to say the least.

As far as mortgages go, I don't have any experience there, so I did my homework and liked the fact the brokers have access to banks and different lenders. I went online and came across Henry, he answered my first call and was very informative and easy to talk to! From that point on, communication through phone, text, and email was always quick. He was able to process everything electronically, this was a huge plus! Henry was personable, genuine, and professional during the whole process. As a first time home buyer, I needed everything explained step by step; he was very patient and knowledgeable and kept me updated with progress and made my options clear and easy to understand. In the end I got a great rate and I'm happy to say the experience was easier than I expected! I will definitely refer him to friends and family!
