Ramen Yamadaya

Quedamos encantados con este lugar!! Nos encantó el decorado al estilo japonés y si son amantes del animé van a encontrar dibujos por varios lugares (especialmente de Naruto)
La moza un amor! Atenta, paciente y dulce! Nos pedimos una entrada de pollo rebozado (genial) y luego el Spice Ramen y el Yamadaya Ramen. Una explosión de sabores que disfrutamos muchísimo! Y encima de todo no es caro para nada, promedio cada Ramen está 16 dólares y es demasiado abundante (yo no lo pude terminar) Era nuestra primera experiencia comiendo Ramen y fue excelente. :)

I would not go to this restaurant.

The service at this restaurant is abysmal, and the ramen is, at best, unimpressive. Me and a group of friends waited 25 minutes for a table (which is absolutely ok), and once seated, we waited an additional 15 minutes to receive water and have our orders taken. It took an additional hour for any food (appetizers or entrees) to be brought to the table. Additionally, I ordered ramen without Nori or mushrooms and with additional scallions and noodles; my ramen did not come with the extra noodles or the scallions I ordered. Additionally, the Nori and Mushrooms were still present. Other friends of mine also ordered their ramen with modifications that they did not receive but were still charged for. On top of this, when I had mentioned the long wait time to the manager (before receiving our food) instead of offering help, expediting the process or offering a complementary appetizer, or offering to comp one of the 6 orders my table had placed, he explained to me that our nearly hour long wait time was "normal". The whole experience was pretty frustrating, and it seemed as if mentioning the wait time or the incorrect order was met with slight contempt and judgement as opposed to helpfulness. And again, the ramen really wasn't that good. I would not come here; instead I would go to the ramen place next door (located downstairs and to the left). I've eaten there as well; the food is fantastic, and the service is pretty good.

La comida está buena, el ramen es más que decente y los niveles de picante lo hacen muy divertido.
Las gyozas son pasables, y las bolas de pulpo también, aunque para mi gusto son un poco grandes.

Para estar en San Francisco no es demasiado caro.
No le doy más estrellas porque falta mejorar en limpieza. El servicio es muy rápido y eso hace que no esté todo tan limpio con te esperas en un restaurante japonés.

Al final, la experiencia no es para repetir, pero no siento que haya tirado el dinero. Se puede comer siempre y cua do no vayas con unas expectativas muy altas

Priimera ves aquí,  es en Japan town suban al segundo piso, mi hija está emocionada es su cumpleaños.
