      The ABSOLUTE worse! I used my roadside to make contact with this piece of crap company. Waited over an hour... I called to get a status and was hung up on by the "dispatch". I finally make contact & lied to. They said my roadside cancelled the order. Well- that's impossible because I requested the service call through the link. I called my roadside & they confirmed they didn't cancel anything. This company is extremely unreliable. Why not just tell the customer that you're unable to accommodate them instead of having them wait and then lie?

      My order was called today @ approximately 6p. Before ordering, I asked the young lady what veggies came on the veggie pizza. She told me spinach, onions, mushrooms & olives. Great! Placed my order for a small veggie pizza.
      I home only to find out that it included sliced tomatoes, broccoli and mushrooms. The problem is I don't like tomatoes and broccoli on my pizza! Had I known this, I would've simply ordered a cheese pizza & added my choice of veggies. So I paid $25 for a pizza that I couldn't enjoy.

      First impressions are everything. Walked in today at approximately 1:30p (Wednesday) - they had Drake blasting, with the profanity. I would've never thought I was in the Fulton market district.. but anyway.
      I was waiting in line when Terrance (tall, African American) said he can take care of me. I greeted him with a hello- how are you?... no response or acknowledgment. In fact he really didn't talk throughout the interaction.
      I placed my order. He never told me the total- it was my responsibility to look at the screen, I guess. I paid and requested a receipt on the screen. When my card went through - Terrance shoved my order to me & just walked off. I had to ask him for my receipt.
      This was my first time here and probably my last. Cute shop, great donuts... but Terrance is a mood killer. You should have him cleaning the bathrooms or something. The bad customer service isn't worth the calories!

      George is actually a good barber. Here's the reason for the 1 star rating. George was my son's barber for almost a year & we had great rapport I took my son faithfully, every 2 weeks.Never had an issue. I always tipped and was never late. When I book- I typically book 3-4 appts at a time, because I'm a faithful customer. When I went to book with him- I was blocked. I honestly thought there was a problem with the app-so I texted him. He stated that if I was late- the app blocks me from scheduling (which isn't true - you would have to manually block a customer) I honestly thought he had me confused with another customer-'so I sent him a picture of my son to jog his memory. This man kept me blocked! He has the right to not want someone as a client- but damn! He could've communicated if there was an issue. He could use a lesson on how to treat his customers.

      This has to be the worst chipotle on the planet!!!! Not in the U.S- the PLANET!! I knew there was going to be an issue when the girl (short Hispanic) placed a half of spoonful of rice in my bowl & "smeared" it. I'm not one to complain about portions- but don't piss me off! Then as she's making the bowl-she yells "what else" before you have a chance to tell her. I had to pay for double protein because she wanted to give a half of spoonful. (I had 2 bowls)
      Then I get to the register, there's a tall black girl who's ringing. I guess she's the "muscle" of the establishment. The first girl tells her to make sure I'm charged for double protein. I asked "the muscle" why they are only giving half portions of protein (other guests were complaining) and her reply was "that's just the way it is". Wow!
      Just fire everyone at this location & hire better employees - they're horrible!! Also- the dining room was very unkept.
